Hi, I "hurt" my shoulder about a month back in the gym (sharp pain on top of right shoulder joint), so ive been erring on side of caution and have stayed off of it. Today in the gym I picked up a weight and bam. Now I cannot lift my arm over my head. This is the easily the most shoulder pain I have ever had...and after two weeks of relaxing and staying off of it? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
