David here clinical director of PhysioCare. We are trialing this as a way to help our patients more.
Ideally these forums would be for patients experIencing problems to share their stories, the good and the bad. This way newer service users may be assisted in making decisions such as medications yes or no, more therapies yes or no, further scanning yes or no, or further referral yes or no.
I genuinely want PhysioCare to operated a manage, fix or refer principal when it comes to patient care.
Any feedback is appreciated and I look forward to communication with you all.
